I am always tired. Why is this, and what can I do to change it?

It is definitely not good when we underestimate ‘not getting enough sleep’. Sadly, given our bustling lives with work and family and different commitments, a huge number of us don't get enough rest. Luckily, there are few adjustments that you can make, beginning today evening, that will enhance your capacity to get a decent night's rest and feel less worn out. We call this "rest hygiene," and it incorporates the accompanying practices:

  • Practise to go to your bed at the same time every night and subsequently wake up at the same time every morning, irrespective to whether it is a weekday or weekend.
  • Staying away from caffeine in any event after 6 pm,
  • Restricting liquor consumption
  • Doing whatever it takes not to exercise during the evening or just before sleep
  • Being Mindful: Beds are for sleeping – not for reading, eating, sitting in front of the TV, and so forth.
