Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Soaked Sprouts
  • 1 cup finely chopped Tomatoes
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Asafoetida (hing)
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 6 Curry Leaves
  • 1½ cup finely chopped Onions
  • 4 tbps Sunny Sun Lite Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 3 to 4 cups of Water as require
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

  • Heat Sunny Sun Lite oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard seed, cumin seed and wait until they crackle.
  • Now add hing and curry leaves.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, tomatoes and sauté the mixture until light brown.
  • Once the mixture turns light brown; add sprouts.
  • Now add chilli, coriander, turmeric powder. Mix well!
  • Add 3 to 4 cups water. Pressure Cook the sprouts up to 3 whistles.
  • Once ready transfer the prepared gravy in a serving bowl.
  • Add Farsan; sprinkle onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves on top.
  • Serve piping hot with fresh pav and lemon wedge.
