Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Thalipeeth Flour/ or Gram Flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Cabbage
  • 1 chopped medium sized Carrot
  • 1 chopped medium sized Onion
  • 2 medium sized boiled and mashed Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 finely chopped Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 3 -4 tbsp Sunny Sun Lite Oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Luke warm Water as required

Method:

  • In big bowl first add & mix Thalipeeth flour, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red chilli Powder, Sesame seeds, cabbage, carrot, onion, mashed potatoes, ginger garlic paste, and coriander leaves in a big bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp of Sunny Sun Lite Oil and then mix everything well.
  • Then add Luke warm water and knead it into a soft dough. Add as much water as required.
  • Once the dough is made, we’ll keep it aside for 15-20 minutes for it to breathe.
  • 1. Take a small quantity of the dough and flatten them on the flat board. Make a small hole in the centre of it using your finger (this helps to cook it better).
  • In a pan Heat Sunny Sun Lite Oil and cook the flattened dough on it. Cook both the sides evenly using Sunny Sun Lite Oil.
  • Add more oil if required.
  • Serve it hot!
